Notes from The Bow Booth
It is important to us at The Bow Booth to make cute, quality, affordable bows that reflect my cute and quirky little family. Each bow is handcrafted at my home in Clarksville, Tennessee. Though I strive to make every bow perfect, they are handmade and unique. Photos may vary slightly from the bow you receive for many reasons. (Different monitor settings can affect color, patterned ribbon may be positioned slightly differently from bow to bow, etc.) I enjoy creating each bow and I hope your little ones have just as much fun wearing them! We are busy parents just like you and it is extremely important to provide excellent products and customer service not only because I think you deserve it, but also because I know you don't have the time for anything less.

Safety and Proper Use
Please, please, please do not let your child use our products without adult supervision! Our bows are crafted using small parts which could potentially pose a choking hazard and other things that should not be swallowed. Children should only wear bows under adult supervision. Never, ever let your baby wear a headband to sleep, in a rear facing car seat, or any other time when you are not directly supervising them.
Privacy is important to us and we will safeguard your information like our own. We will not sell, trade, or release any information you provide us to anyone outside of The Bow Booth.
Because we strive to have a short turn around time, we typically do not accept cancellations.
However, if you do have an issue with your order please email us.
All bows are made prior to being listed for sale and therefore they are ready to ship. We strive to have short turn around times and it is our policy to have orders to the post office as soon as possible, with a maximum of 2 business days from payment processing. We are a home based business and therefore we are subject to delays due to federal holidays, weather, etc. Our flat rate shipping cost covers packaging, shipping overhead, and cost of postage. We ship to the continental US or Puerto Rico. If you live outside the continental United States or Puerto Rico and would like to make a purchase, please contact us using the Contact or Custom Order tab so we can investigate an individual shipping option.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us to discuss returns, exchanges, or refunds and we will respond as soon as possible.
At this time, customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please contact us if your item is damaged during shipping.
We will contact you when your order is shipped and provide tracking information given to us by the US Postal Service. If there is an issue with tracking please contact us or the USPS. If you receive an email that your order shipped and it does not contain tracking information please contact us.
